Welcome to Total Cal Billing Tool, provided by Total Calibration Solutions. By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

## 1. Description of Service

The App helps users sync operational data with QuickBooks Online, generate invoices, and review pricing records.

## 2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

## 3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

– Use the App for unlawful purposes;

– Interfere with or disrupt the App;

– Attempt to reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to systems.

## 4. QuickBooks Integration

If you connect your QuickBooks account, you authorize the App to access and process data from Intuit QuickBooks as permitted by you through Intuit’s authorization flow.

You can revoke access at any time through your Intuit/QuickBooks connected app settings.

## 5. Data Processing and User Responsibility

The App processes data based on your instructions and connected systems. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, including accounting entries, invoices, and reports, before relying on them.

## 6. Fees and Billing
